Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping

All products ship from our office in North Sydney, NSW, Australia. We do not ship on weekends, but we will get your order out the door as soon as we can. Orders shipped within Australia typically arrive within 3-8 business days.

Our items are made in Peru. For this reason, some items may take longer to produce and ship to you if they are not currently in stock. If this is the case we will contact you with some options.

- Orders over $150 receive standard shipping within Australia for $17.00.

- Orders under $150 receive standard shipping within Australia for $11.00.

Please contact us for Express Post and International shipping rates.

If you are able to travel to North Sydney - choose the in-store pick-up option for no shipping cost. Please contact us to for a mutually agreeable time!

Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you aren’t for any reason, we will gladly accept your exchange or return within 15 days of when you received your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged products purchased directly from ethica. Proof of purchase is required.

For defective, damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within five (5) days of delivery in order to receive a refund/exchange.

To exchange or return an item —

(1) Contact us. Email sales@ethica.org.au (subject: Return) with a reason for the return/exchange — e.g., wrong item or size, incorrect fit, change of mind, damaged, etc. Please include what date you plan to ship the item back to us.

(2) Ship the item(s). We will contact you directly to complete the return and explain to you how to ship the item back to us in the original packaging.

If you are shipping an item over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is eligible for return/exchange. Once we have confirmed the item was purchased from ethica is unused and is in its original condition, we will refund your account.
